Smoothies are perfect! This is the place for your traditional fruit smoothie.
I stopped by during lunch on a weekday and service was fast and friendly.
Will be visiting again soon!

Fresh organic fruit bowl and juice.
Might seem a bit pricy but it's worth it! My favourite is Pura Vita, the original acai bowl, but they offer variety of flavors! It's one of the local places that you should definitely try in Princeton if you are looking for a light lunch.
The staff are really friendly too!

I can't speak to the bar itself.
but avoid the food truck.
Bought a smoothie there this morning at the West Windsor Farmer's Market, felt like I was disturbing the teenage boys slouched in the front seat by placing an order.
He gave me a ticket and sent me to the back of the truck where a premade smoothie (runny) was shoved at me and the window was slammed shut.
I discovered when I got to my car that they had not given me what I'd ordered, they fobbed off something else on me.
I'd ordered a mango smoothie and there was no mango within a mile of this.
It was horrid, gaggingly sweet and loaded with bananas (I avoid bananas).
I got home and poured the whole thing down the drain.
Waste of money, will never go back.
Won't be hitting the bricks and mortar place either.
