Tia Chepa Mexican Restaurant has a certain charm despite its unassuming exterior! 🌮 Located in Sonora Square, it offers a limited yet authentic selection of traditional Mexican dishes.

I tried the menudo, which definitely has room for improvement - just missing some garbanzo and oregano blended into the soup for that extra kick. The vibe is cute and cultural, but the owner could benefit from some customer service training.

The chicharrón taco was a bit dry, but the cozy atmosphere draws you in. With a few tweaks, this spot could shine even brighter! Can't wait to give it another shot! 😊
