Thyme & Chillies in Birdham truly impressed us! 🍛 The flavors in each dish were vibrant and authentic. I particularly loved the lamb vindaloo - deliciously spicy without being overwhelming. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.

Even though it was busy, they ensured our table was ready, which I really appreciated. My friends and I ended our meal on a sweet note with a lovely mango lassi. Definitely a spot to revisit on our next trip!
