Thira Restaurant in Bolton offers an authentic taste of Kerala that left me thoroughly impressed. The Kerala Kozhi roast as a starter was delicious, crispy, and bursting with flavor. I followed that with the Kozhikodan biriyani - every grain of rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The atmosphere feels cozy and casual, making it ideal for a relaxed dinner. The staff were attentive, ready to explain dishes, and really made us feel welcome. Can't wait to return! 🌟
