The Village Chippy offers a classic fish and chips takeaway experience. I grabbed a battered cod with a side of large chips and mushy peas. The fish was beautifully fried, crispy on the outside, and flaky within. Although I found the chips a bit lacking in crunch, they were still decent! The staff were warm and friendly, creating a welcoming vibe. Just a heads-up - it's cash only, but the prices are quite reasonable. Perfect for a casual lunch or dinner... 🐟🍟
