Today was not a good day for lunch at Twisted Crab Lynnhaven.
My daughter and I ordered our food with a server who had an AirPod in and it took 15 minutes to just get our drinks.
My daughter ordered crab legs sausage corn and potato’s and found hair in her food.
Our server went to go talk to the manager and all she said was that the kitchen employees wear hair nets.
She said that she wasn’t implying that it was our hair but that’s obviously what they were saying.
The manager did not even come talk to us and our server just said they were in a bad mood.
We weren’t offered for the food to be remade nor were we offered a discount.
The problem wasn’t that we found hair in our food it was the fact that the manager didn’t do anything to fix what happened.
That manager needs to be train on how to handle situations that will arise.

Food & service were very good.
The atmosphere was nice, quiet & less crowded due to it being Easter Sunday.

This has been by far the BEST crab boil place i have tried...and I have tried quite a few! Food stayed piping hot the entire time we were dining.
Wait staff was very friendly and attentive.
Bartender made AWESOME drinks and the boil and sauce was DELICIOUS.
Will definitely be returning next time we come to VA Beach!
