The Skylight Restaurant offers a delightful escape, enhanced by its stunning glass ceiling that fills the space with natural light. I visited for brunch and indulged in a perfectly toasted jacket potato alongside a refreshing cup of herbal tea from their impressive selection. The friendly staff made the experience even better - always ready with recommendations and smiles. Though the service did slow down a bit during peak hours, it didn’t detract from my overall enjoyment. I’ll certainly be back for more tasty bites! ☕️
