Nestled in downtown Melbourne, The Roots Restaurant Tavern makes for a cozy breakfast destination. We indulged in the Chicken and Waffles, which were heavenly, with perfectly seasoned crispy chicken paired with spicy maple syrup. The pancakes are light and fluffy, and my wife raved about her white chocolate and strawberry pancakes.

Despite the slight wait for our food, the friendly staff ensured we felt attended to. Just a heads up - the limited seating can fill up fast, but the delicious offerings make it worth your time! 🍽️
