First time at The Root and I absolutely loved it! I was definitely in the mood for a salad, but the choice was tough because they all looked very good! I asked the cashier which was her favorite in which she suggested the Pecan Salad (which I was leaning towards) but recommend I add the Curry Chicken Salad (which I wasn't sure about at first but it was incredible!) The atmosphere was lovely and I really liked the interior.
I purchased a cool sticker from the front.
I will definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious brunch!! Love that they use local farmers and businesses to cultivate community. Sorry about the photos, we were starving so we just dove in.
Biscuits and gravy are by far the best gravy I’ve ever had.
The bahn mi eggs were also great, we had never had anything like that before, would definitely get again! Super kid friendly also, they had a slide and some trucks to play with.

This cafe was so fun! You can sit inside or outside(even if it's raining).
All of the food is locally sourced, and so delicious! We had four in our party, and ate the vegetarian bahn mi, grilled cheese, cheeseburger, and the mushroom burger, I also got the green winter squash soup.
Everything we ate was so delicious.
The atmosphere was so nice, and everyone we came into contact as far as employees were great.
Howie was our cashier, and just the sweetest.
We had such an amazing time, and enjoyed our food immensely.
We will definitely recommend to all of our friends/family.
