The Rickshaw AK at Dover Center is a hidden gem in Anchorage! Their Pad Thai is incredibly flavorful, and the Green Curry has just the right amount of spice. I also loved the crispy spring rolls - perfect for sharing. The ambiance is cozy, and the staff is attentive and friendly. Highly recommend for authentic Thai and Chinese cuisine! 🍜
