The Republic of the Rio Grande truly exceeded my expectations! I visited for dinner and enjoyed the Enchiladas Del Mar - stuffed with shrimp and fish, they were divine. The atmosphere was lively, enhanced by some fantastic live music, which made for a cozy evening. Our service was prompt and attentive, despite how busy it was. The dessert, a delightful chocolate lava cake, was the perfect ending. I’m definitely returning to explore more of their menu and soak in that lovely patio ambiance! 🌟
