I had a delightful brunch at The Red Eyed Mule! The atmosphere felt cozy yet casual, and I was impressed by the friendly service. I couldn’t resist the country ham biscuit, which was gigantic and filled to the brim with savory ham - definitely a hearty way to start the day. I also sampled the truly amazing corned beef hash, and oh, the cheesy grits stole the show!

The wait was a bit hectic, but the delicious food made it worth it. I’ll definitely be back for that Dakota Burger... 🍔
