I had a delightful brunch at The Ranch @ West 40! 🌞 The cozy atmosphere made it perfect for a lazy Sunday. I ordered the avocado toast topped with poached eggs, and it was absolutely scrumptious! Their coffee is seriously top-notch - smooth and rich.

The service was impressively fast, which is always a plus. Whether you're choosing to dine in or grab a takeaway, they make sure you feel welcome.

Don't skip dessert! Their chocolate lava cake is pure indulgence. Can’t wait to return for happy hour drinks! 🍹✨

This is one of our favorite brunch spots of all time! We just had an amazing Mother’s Day brunch.
Angela, our server was so on top of everything! Despite there being a huge crowd of people there.
The staff was so friendly and accommodating! Thanks for the amazing experience.

This is a great place for breakfast. Try the Mexican chicken fried steak or just a regular chicken fried steak.
It's a Family friendly place that also serves Bloody Marys and Cocktails.
It's clean as a whistle. The waitress staff with some of the best I've seen and extremely attentive.
Don't forget I'm not to get a Monster Roll cinnamon roll.
They're really good and seem like they're fresh made on site. There's plenty of parking it's just a general overall Pleasant place to eat breakfast.

Started with a Bacon Bloody Mary.
Great flavor of bacon but not overpowering.
Garnished with a perfectly cooked strip of bacon, lime and lemon wedge. Went all in on my order, 2 entrees for this fatty! 1.Chicken Fried Steak topped with really good pork green chili, hash browns, two over easy eggs, and sourdough toast. 2.Kitchen sink skillet.
Great flavor.
Fresh avocado, Pico de gallo, hash browns, eggs, veggies, mushrooms, meat piled on meat. Plowed through both meals and felt like an absolute fat a$$ afterwards, but was worth every bite.
