Went on a Sunday, a little busy but we had a reservation.Severs and staff were very nice.Allowed us to move tables without question.I got the shrimp and spinach dip. Both very good.Shrimp was a bit spicy and totally had the Caribbean twist to it.Also got the burger and cheese curds.Burger was just okay, had better burgers.Cheese curds were good but cold, and the sauce that comes with it isn’t that good.Would be better with a ranch or just a marinara.Had several cocktails, all good and strong! Would come back!
Our waiter, Jim, was phenomenal. Our group was up along the side in a large raised booth.Great people watching location. We sampled a lot of their menu. Iron Skillet Corn Bread was delicious with a sweet, slightly crisp top. The Croquettes have a melt in your mouth interior, with a thin delicate crumb crust. Smoked Trout Toast was so much better than I had imagined. It was several people's favorite.Delicate, not overly fishy, trout topping on thin, but not too crunchy, toast points. Calypso Shrimp were spicy, but not too hot, just extremely tasty and tender, cooked just right. The Fillet Sliders were a huge winner for me.The most tender littfilled, of fillet, with browned onions and blue cheese.Biting through them was like butter.Just phenomenal. Lobster Deviled Eggs.Didn't think I'd like the combination, but it was surprisingly tasty. One of my favorites.... But as I say that, I'm not sure which actually was my favorite.I wasn't disappointed in anything we tried, and would happily eat any of them again. BBQ Ribs.Fall off the bone tender. The sauce by Smoke Daddy mmmmmmmmm. Garlic Mashed Potatoes. What's not to love - potatoes, butter and garlic. Salmon Fillet. This was the only actual main course we tried. It was cooked beautifully, not overcooked as happens often, and seasoned delicately. We did try several cocktails. My favorite was Purple Rain.Dusty purple in color and absolutely delicious and light and happily not too flower-y in flavor. I highly recommend this restaurant. If you can get Jim as a waiter, all the better.Wonderful ambiance, service, comfort, and food.
Great food.If you want creative and flavorful small bites, order the lobster deviled eggs and croquettes. Both are undeniably delicious.Love the building and interior decorating. It's airy, hip, natural light, comfy furniture...I will be back.
