The Palmerston in Edinburgh is a delightful spot for cozy dining. I recently enjoyed a leisurely lunch, starting with the exquisite pork rillettes; it was so good, I wish I’d ordered my own! For the main course, the tender lamb shoulder was simply divine, paired perfectly with a lovely wine from their extensive list.

The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between casual and upmarket, making it ideal for any occasion. The service was friendly, though slightly slow during peak hours. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that I look forward to revisiting! 🍷
