The Noodle Shed surprised me with its delightful Hong Kong-style dishes. I opted for the chicken chow mein and my friend had the chilli beef broth, both bursting with flavor and served in generous portions. The homemade wontons were a highlight, soft and delicious. 🤤

The atmosphere is casual, which made it a relaxed dining experience, and the owner was incredibly welcoming, offering recommendations from the menu.

If you're in Bolton, definitely stop by for a satisfying meal. Can't wait to return!
