I had an incredible lunch at The New Ethel's Snack Shack! 🤤

I ordered the Smoked Ribs plate with cabbage and cheese spaghetti, and it knocked my socks off. The ribs were perfectly smoked - moist with just the right firmness. The cheese spaghetti and cabbage had an amazing kick that had me coming back for more! At just $15, it was a steal.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the service was impressively quick. Just a heads up - seating may be limited during peak hours. Can't recommend this spot enough for authentic Louisiana comfort food! 🍽️
