The Manila Fiesta is a delightful gem! ✨ I finally got to experience their famous deep-fried pork belly, which was incredibly crispy and bursting with flavor. The gentleman who took our order was friendly and shared stories about the dishes, like the Kare-Kare with its rich peanut sauce (sadly, I had to skip it).

I also loved the lumpia and the savory sinigang! Everything feels authentic and home-cooked. Don't let the nearby road construction deter you - this place is worth it for truly masarap Filipino cuisine. Can’t wait to return! 🍽️
