Had a lovely brunch at The Local on The Avenue. The atmosphere was cozy and casual, making it perfect for a laid-back meal with friends. We started with the creative chicken and waffles - such a fun twist! For mains, I had the crab cakes, which were wonderfully packed with flavor but a bit pricey. The service was stellar, warm and attentive without being overwhelming. I can't wait to return for dinner... and definitely dessert next time! 🍰
