The Local Bison is a gem in downtown Tulsa! 🌟 I stopped by for lunch and was impressed by the friendly staff and quick service. I indulged in the Bison meatloaf, which was simply the best I've ever had - packed with flavor! The roasted carnival cauliflower was a delightful surprise too.
It’s great to see so many local ingredients on the menu. Although the decor had its quirks, the warm atmosphere made for a cozy dining experience. I can’t wait to come back and try more dishes, like that thunderbird chicken sandwich that everyone raves about! 🍔✨
