The Layback Food Shack is a hidden gem in Salem! 🌟

I was blown away by their Layback Stack and the unique banh mi tacos - so flavorful and priced just right. As a Hawaiian, I was skeptical about the Panko crusted spam musubi, but it turned me into a believer!

The atmosphere is super chill, perfect for unwinding. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly, even accommodating my little dachshund with a special birthday dinner.

It’s bummer they’re temporarily closed, but I can’t wait to return! 🍔🍻
