The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Desert Ridge

Enjoyed a delicious steak dinner cooked to absolute perfection at this establishment.
The char on the steak truly elevated the entire experience, enhancing the flavor and texture to the next level.
The portion sizes were generous across the board, ensuring a satisfying meal.
Every staff member we interacted with was highly trained and demonstrated a deep understanding of their individual crafts, all while providing exceptional customer service.
My visit was during a meeting in a group setting, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of attention and service we received.
I can only imagine how outstanding the service would be in a more intimate setting.

Excellent experience! Our waitress was very attentive and helpful with suggestions.
We both enjoyed the Mushrooms Neptune, which had a very small mushroom caps but lots of delicious creamy filling.
Our peppercorn steaks were beautifully crusted and cooked perfectly.
The fresh bread loaf was incredible.
Excellent spot to celebrate a special occasion.

We made a reservation and checked in.
There were people waiting and about 4-5 people who came in after us.
They all were seated before us.
We waited around 30 mins.
Someone who didn't have a reservation asked about the bar and we heard the host tell them it was open seating.
That would have been great to know when we first got there, as we saw about 3 groups instantly get sat in the bar area.
Other than that it was good.
Our server was very nice and food was ok.
Drinks were great.
Loved the scallops.
The bacon on the scallops looked really under done but it was actually not an issue.
The salmon was just ok.
It's not pistachio crusted though like the description says.
It just has chopped pistachios placed on the top of it.
Realizing that i brushed them off the salmon.
I had peanut encrusted trout that blew the salmon away.
The salmon itself was not seasoned.
The baked potato was super dense like they added cheese and then mixed up the potato making it like a paste instead of adding cheese to the top to bake.
But the flavor was good.
The mashed potatoes had a great texture but lacking the flavor.
We also had the steak ordered medium, it was medium raw, still really red in the middle.
Luckily we also ordered salad and the wedge salad was good.
Our bill for 2 people being was $220
