Had a fantastic dinner at The Katharine Brasserie & Bar! 🌟 The atmosphere is a lovely mix of historic charm and modern vibe, perfect for a cozy evening. I had the perfectly cooked halibut paired with a refreshing Carolina Old Fashioned, which was one of the best I’ve tasted!
The service was attentive without being intrusive, making the whole experience feel special. I also loved the truffle fries - they're a must-try!
