The Jambalaya Shoppe offers a casual atmosphere perfect for a laid-back lunch or dinner. I had the red beans and rice, which hit all the right notes, bursting with flavor. The gumbo was also a highlight - rich and satisfying. The staff was friendly, but the buffet could use a bit more attention. I did enjoy the freshly made banana bread pudding for dessert. Overall, a solid spot for comfort food, just steer clear of the buffet! 🍽️
