The Hungry Cowgirl Cocina is my new go-to for delicious Mexican food! 🌮 I recently tried the slow roasted chicken bowl, and it was packed with flavor - moist chicken, brown rice, black beans, and the best corn salsa! All this goodness for just $10, which is a steal!

The Mexican cornbread was a pleasant surprise, blending flavors beautifully and offering a hefty portion for only $3.50. I also savored the tres leches cake - super moist and indulgent!

The atmosphere is casual and trendy, making it perfect for a relaxed meal. Can’t wait to visit in person soon! 🎉
