I recently dined at The Gingerman with a couple of friends, and it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was cozy yet upscale, perfect for a leisurely lunch. We started with warm bread and cultured butter, setting the stage for what was to come.

The smoked mackerel with grapes was beautifully presented, and the hake with tender stem broccoli was a highlight - cooked to perfection! We indulged in a strawberry soufflé and lemon tart for dessert, which were heavenly.

Overall, a wonderful spot for a special occasion... 🍷
