I recently visited The Flying Biscuit Cafe in Opelika and it was fantastic! 🌟 The atmosphere was cozy and trendy, perfect for brunch with friends. I ordered the stuffed French toast and the Piedmont omelette, which were both heavenly - definitely a must-try! The creamy grits were a standout too, rich and flavorful.

Service was quick and friendly, making the experience even better. With plenty of options for vegans and vegetarians, there's something for everyone. Great place for breakfast or lunch - I'll be back soon! ☕️🥞

I opted for the famous stuffed French toast, and it did not disappoint - it was heavenly! My partner had the Piedmont omelette, loaded with fresh veggies, and we couldn't get enough of those creamy grits.
