The Devil's Advocate is quite the find in Edinburgh! Nestled in a charming alley, the ambiance is a delightful mix of casual and upmarket, with exposed brick that adds character. I loved starting with the black haggis - absolutely delicious! For the main, I tried the perfectly cooked venison, though the leeks were slightly off. Their whisky selection is mind-blowing, boasting around 350 varieties! Just a heads up to book ahead; it gets busy. Worth every penny in the end! 🍷
