The Cub Restaurant is a delightful spot in Shreveport, perfect for a cozy evening. We had the hand-cut filet, and it absolutely lived up to the hype - tender and full of flavor! Cole, the new owner, has created an inviting atmosphere with a great mix of historic charm and trendy vibes. The au gratin potatoes were also a hit at our table.

Do note, they’re closed Sunday through Tuesday, so plan accordingly. Can’t wait to return for more! 🍷
