I stumbled upon The Chicken Shanty while exploring Corvallis and found a delightful spot for chicken lovers. I tried the Nashville chicken sandwich, which was packed with spicy flavor and perfectly crispy. The soft bun complemented it well, and their selection of dipping sauces was a nice touch - especially enjoyed the peanut sauce!

The staff was welcoming, and though it was a busy lunch hour, the service was quick. Great for a casual meal with friends or a post-class bite. I'll definitely return... 🍗
