Absolutely thrilled with my experience at the Cathedral Restaurant in Paterson! The tacos were a flavor explosion – the aroma alone was enough to captivate my senses.
Conveniently located in the heart of Paterson with ample parking, it's a gem worth discovering.
The customer service was top-notch, making the overall visit delightful.
I can't recommend this place enough – a must-try for anyone craving a culinary adventure!

Nice ambiance, decent food and the servers were pleasant

Disgusting service, if they reopened their doors to serve food at dawn they would have left them closed.
We frequently visited this restaurant because the food had always been good, until today after weeks that the restaurant remained closed due to inspection problems, we returned today to find out that they reopened, unfortunately we got the worst and unpleasant service we have ever experienced.
We had received, we ordered 2 orders of chicken quesadillas accompanied with fries and to our bad luck the whole dish tasted disgusting, the tortillas were hard like when you eat corn tortillas after three days in the refrigerator, the chicken and cheese could not improve the situation because it was totally inedible, the potatoes were in the same situation reheated, we know that they are bagged potatoes but that is no excuse because before they had always tasted fresh.
I think that no matter how humble or cheap the dish they have to serve, it always has to have fresh ingredients, they have to keep their customers happy and make them continue to be part of their frequent customers.
They disappointed us and normally my wife and I when a restaurant gives us bad service we simply never return to eat there, and we put them on the blacklist, this time I will not stay silent because it is different because it is about people's health and this type of food that is harmful to our health and can cause serious illnesses.
It is a paid service and you depend on us customers to continue existing.
