I recently visited The Caribbean Express and left feeling fulfilled! I enjoyed the jerk chicken roti paired with Kola Champagne; the spice level was just perfect. The outdoor seating created a lovely casual vibe, making it a great spot to unwind. Portions were generous, and I appreciated the friendly atmosphere. The only downside was that I wished dessert options were more extensive. Still, this hidden gem in Barrie is worth a visit for Caribbean flavors! Can’t wait to return! 🌴
