The Brasserie on George Square offers a delightful dining experience in the heart of Glasgow. The atmosphere strikes a lovely balance between casual and classy, perfect for any occasion. I particularly enjoyed their vegetarian options; the roasted vegetable tart was bursting with flavor!

The highlight for me was the impressive tea selection, though I wish they would improve on their coffee game. Service was friendly, albeit a bit slow at times. Overall, it’s a pleasant spot to enjoy a meal with friends… 🥂
