The Brasserie was a delightful discovery during our Edinburgh trip. Nestled in the Apex Waterloo Place Hotel, it offers a warm, cozy ambiance perfect for unwinding. The menu boasts a variety of dishes - definitely try the steak, it was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor!

The staff was exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate dietary needs, even creating a special dessert for my friend. Great value for quality food, and we’ll certainly return on our next visit! 🍽️
