The Blue Pig offers a cozy atmosphere with a laid-back vibe, perfect for a casual meal. I tried the brisket tacos, which were bursting with flavor, and the loaded potato skins were a delightful twist on a classic. The service was quick, though the ordering system took a moment to grasp. My only minor complaint was the ribs - slightly overcooked for my taste. All in all, a satisfying experience that I would gladly revisit when back in the area! 🍖
