During our stay at the Sina Bernini Bristol Hotel we had the opportunity to dine at the restaurant. Outstanding experience Italian cuisine at its best.The ingredients are high quality and the kitchen designs them extravagantly. The flavors are unforgettable and really evoke great respect and appreciation for Italian cuisine. And the highlight is the breathtaking view literally and the special and pleasant atmosphere that the place inspires. The staff at the place is exceptionally dedicated and efficient and worthy of all the superlatives. One of the special and high quality places in Rome.
Wow the views here are incredible !! Lucky enough to have dinner on the rooftop right by the balcony and it was amazing at sunset.Food was also really good - marinated salmon and the beef fillet were fantastic.Staff were lovely and attentive.A must if you are in Rome.
A great rooftop restaurant - Come around 20:00 and see the beautiful sunset while enjoying a lovely dinner. I had mozerella with ham and it was amazing, moved on to their main dish where I had the most tender and delicious veal.For desert i got my favourite, a chocolate lava cake. This was worth every penny and I would recommend it for anybody looking to have a memorable evening with their SO.
