The Agave Bar & Grill

We had such high Hope's for this place.
It never really took off as a great place to dine.
The ownership truly has no idea of what and how to run a restaurant.
We would love to make this a place a must go to place to dine but it hasn't happened in over 10 years.
The golf course is great, a little pricey but the restaurant needs work.
This could be a real gold mine.

The happy hour is pretty awesome but the food is just OK.
To be fair I've only been here for Taco Tuesday but that was enough.
I the tacos were the most unauthentic tacos I've ever had.
Also not a San of Malibu Wines.
I have a few wine memberships and I thought MW would be a cool and convenient addition.
Unfortunately they won't let you do a pickup and require you to pay for shipping.
I know it sounds like a lot of complaints for a 4 star review but I can't emphasise the quality of the bar and happy hour

Great atmosphere! Pleasant staff members.
Moderate food. The only thing - (we have been here four times, since we live only 5 min away) - is that the service is on SLOWER SIDE.
I didn't think it was waiters' issue, but how the vibe was. Great bar selections - so if you'd like to just hang out, this is a perfect place in Tujunga!
