Thai Red Chili's offers a delightful escape to Thailand right in McAllen! 🌶️ I went for lunch and ordered the chicken satay appetizer, which was a flavor explosion, perfectly complemented by the tasty peanut sauce. For my main, I tried the red curry; it packed a punch with vibrant ingredients like coconut milk and fresh basil. While the curry was a bit more liquidy than expected, it still hit the spot.
