Thai Max offers a cozy experience right in the Acadiana Mall. I tried their beef noodle soup, which has its own unique mix of flavors that’s quite soothing. While the service was prompt, the staff's attitude could use some improvement; a little friendliness goes a long way! The coconut shrimp, however, lived up to its reputation - crispy and deliciously addictive.
