November 15, 2024I recently visited Thai Express in Ste-Foy for a quick dinner and decided to try the shrimp pad thai. The shrimp were succulent, and the medley of bell peppers, carrots, and onions was vibrant and fresh. The sauce had a nice balance of sweet and spicy, although I found the noodles a bit overcooked.
While the atmosphere is casual and family-friendly, it felt somewhat rushed due to the food court setting. Despite this, the generous portions make it worthwhile. I'd recommend it for a satisfying Thai fix! 🍜
