September 30, 2024I recently tried Texas Steak Express in Lubbock, and it was quite a mixed bag!
The loaded tater and broccoli sides were absolutely delicious and paired well with the nice, hot baked potatoes. 🍽️ The free tea with pickup is a nice touch, too!
However, my medium-rare steak arrived more like well done - very dry with no pink. 😕 We’ve had issues in the past, like finding a hair in one of our orders, which was a real letdown. Although the staff was friendly, the response to our concerns felt a bit lacking.
Hoping for a better experience next time!
