Had a lovely dinner at Tempus Restaurant & Bar during my visit to the Grand Central Hotel. The atmosphere is definitely upscale, perfect for casual family gatherings or a more refined night out.

We kicked off with their delicious Cullen skink, which was quite hearty. For mains, I enjoyed the grilled salmon, cooked to perfection. The service was friendly but a little slow, as it took longer than expected for our desserts. The cocktails, however, were a highlight - definitely worth a try! Overall, a pleasant dining experience... 🌟
