Tatsumaki Ramen & Lounge is a cozy gem in Norman that offers a delightful mix of sushi and ramen! 🍜 I recently tried the Miso Pork Ramen, and it was incredibly satisfying - rich and flavorful, a perfect comfort dish. The soft shell bao buns were a great starter, too!

The atmosphere is trendy yet casual, making it an ideal spot for a quick lunch or dinner with friends. Service was impressively fast, though occasionally it felt a bit rushed.

Overall, a solid choice if you’re in the East Village - can’t wait to return to try their cold noodles! 😊
