We went here for the great reviews and left leaving a not so great one.We were seated right away.Our server brought us (dirty) menus and gave us decent time to view and place our drink order and appetizer.Our appetizer came before our drinks.My drink came way before my significant others drink, which was just a soda and had to be reminded twice and to two different servers.We placed our order and basically wanted to sample tacos, gringas and burritos with all different meats.Our food arrived and we noticed after I tried a taco that none of them had cheese which we requested upon ordering.Our server offered us shredded cheese instead of offering to replace the ones we had with the correct order.We chose not to add the cheese and just ate what we had.In my opinion it did not appear to be a busy night but our server took very long intervals checking on us and we always had to ask for refills.In regard to the taste of the food, I have had much better but I did enjoy trying the beef head and tongue since that was a first for me.
The NEGATIVE: Chips over baked, not great, simple salsa selection. Refried beans and rice a little bland🤫.Service lacked.Busy, 1 hour wait time Saturday, early. The Positive: Nice Atmosphere, good prices and drink options, good food, everything I tried was pretty good.In comparison to the other restaurants in the area this one is above average.Will be back, but on a weeknight perhaps😉
Super tasty food, I haven’t been to a Mexican restaurant this delicious in a long time.So blessed to have wonderful service, tasty food, and a great welcoming atmosphere.Truly a needle in a haystack!!! And great company.Also a very welcoming lent menu for all dietary accommodations considered!
