Taqueria Mexico Lindo is a hidden gem in Corpus Christi! 🌮 The enchiladas mexicanos are to die for - my dad adored the chicken Verde enchiladas, and we all loved the affordable lunch plates.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere and quick service, perfect for a casual breakfast or lunch. The homemade tortillas paired with the chilaquiles had just the right amount of spice!
