I’m from the south east..
born and raised! I remember when this place was small and the other side was a bar..
my real southeast people know what I’m talking about.
This was my favorite place to come to.
Just went in recently.
And ummm definitely times are changing.
I’ll just say that..
one star.

Been coming here for a long time now and I can finally say I’m done with this place.
Not once but this is the third time I order breakfast tacos where they’re just not up to par.
Beans were burnt from the bean and cheese tacos and tortillas have been not fresh like it used to be.
Goliad is full of many Mexican restaurants so I’d recommend finding something other than this place.

I stopped by yesterday late afternoon to pick up a plate of carne guisada to go.
When I got home, I took out half the food to heat up and save the other half for tomorrow.
The one thing I noticed right away was the flour tortilla.
Wow, it was NOT good for a Mexican restaurant.
It was terrible.
I heated everything and as I was eating the meal I noticed the rice and beans had no flavor, then on top of that the guisada was not seasoned well either.
I was VERY disappointed.
That was a waste of money.
I don't even think I will eat the second half.
