Taqueria Express #1 is a hidden gem worth seeking out! 🌮 We stopped by for a late dinner and tried the carne asada sopes, pollo tacos, and the famous super burrito. Every bite was bursting with flavor - especially the spicy red salsa!

The friendly owner checked in on us multiple times, making us feel right at home. The outdoor seating has a nice casual vibe, and the wooden tables added to the charm.

Don’t forget to grab a Cactus Cooler; it took me back to childhood! A must-visit for anyone in Salem...! ✨
