November 24, 2024Taqueria El Coyote offers a delightful taste of Mexico right in Topeka! I stopped by for lunch and tried the grilled chicken special; it was perfectly seasoned and incredibly juicy. The atmosphere is casual yet trendy, perfect for families and students alike. The owner was welcoming and made the experience feel personal. I also enjoyed their bean soup, though it was a bit on the salty side for me. But overall, I’ll definitely be returning for more comfort food! 🌮
