Takara Ramen in Westchester Commons is a charming spot that truly impresses! The spicy miso ramen is a standout, warming and flavorful, while the chicken karaage was crispy and delightful. I also enjoyed the seaweed salad, though I could’ve done with a heartier portion. The atmosphere feels trendy yet cozy, perfect for evening outings. The staff was attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. If you're into sake, they offer a nice selection too! Can't forget the happy-hour drinks either - well worth it! 🍜
