Taco Libre offers a cozy and authentic escape in the heart of Edinburgh. I enjoyed their Chili Relleno tacos, which were rich and flavorful, though the chilis could've been more tender. The ambiance was casual and welcoming, perfect for relaxing with friends.

We kicked off with tortilla chips and guacamole, but I felt it was a bit overpriced compared to the tacos. Just a heads up, it’s cash only, which was a unique experience for our trip. Looking forward to my next visit! 🌮
